There is some good news for fans of RPG games. Square Enix has officially announced that Chrono Trigger will be ported to the Nintendo DS for the upcoming Christmas season. This is welcome news for a growing population asking for a good port of the game to be made for the little handheld’s. Gametrailers has put up the debut trailer of the latest Castlevania game, titled Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia. After viewing it, I’m lefting asking this: “Konami, when will you do something new with Castlevania?” Ever since Sympthony of the Night, which is among my favorite games of all time, they’ve just been reusing that same formula with little to no tweaking. I’m one of the people who absolutely eats up all the new envisionings of the classic Final Fantasy games, and this remake of FF4 is no exception. I remember this game from way back when. The little DS rpg where most of the game was prerendered. It looked beautiful, it seemed awesome, and after a while I never heard anything about it again.
