The first details about Call of Duty 5 (or Call of Duty: World at War) are released. These details range from awesome, to a let down. Let’s go with the good news first though. I’m not quite sure how I feel about that. COD has always been known for its...
Tomonobu Itagaki, who best known for his creation of the Dead or Alive series (and his sunglasses), has officially sent in his resignation to Tecmo. Itagaki is suing the company for unpaid bonuses (from his completion of DOA4) and emotional damages. In his statement he explains his reasons for leaving, and apologies to his fans. Gametrailers has put up the debut trailer of the latest Castlevania game, titled Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia. After viewing it, I’m lefting asking this: “Konami, when will you do something new with Castlevania?” Ever since Sympthony of the Night, which is among my favorite games of all time, they’ve just been reusing that same formula with little to no tweaking. For what it’s worth, I was a fan of the first few levels of the original Far Cry. I thought the game got a bit silly when the hairless mutant apes with cannons on their shoulders came into play. That being said, Ubisoft looks to redeem itself with the latest edition to Far Cry. Check out the tech demo below and be amazed. I genuinely can’t wait to get my hands on this. Read More →
A trailer is up for the brand new Prince of Persia game. Though I’ve got one question after watching it: What happened to the cel-shading? If this cg scene is anything to go by, they’ve ditched the cel-shaded style for a more realistic approach. Of course, I could just be over looking it. The new Prince of Persia is rumored to be released for PS3, Xbox 360, and PC. No official title has been announced. Anyway, check out the trailer below. Read More →
