I’m sure there are people out there who appreciate certain aspects of the emulation community, such as having those previously Japan only games available in english at your disposal. Probly the single best place out there for English patches is Aeon Genesis, and they have just released They’re V2.0 patch for the old Japan-only snes RPG from Squaresoft, Live-A-Live.
