While Microsoft is only charging $49.99 for it’s first party titles for the Xbox 360, 3rd party releases will cost either your left arm, or your right @ $59.99. Sony isn’t following in the footsteps of it’s main competition, and will be taking the other arm with it’s $59.99 first party price tag.

You can check these pre-orders at Sony Style. Some of the games actually have a listed date coming before the actual system launches.
