Sony has announced that it will add HDMI to the low-end model of the Blu-ray equipped Playstation 3. Well, at least in Japan. The US site for Playstation 3 still listed HDMI as feature only found on the high-end model that will set you back $599. Putting HDMI on the low-end PS3 int he US as well would be the first smart move Sony has made with the PS3. So let’s hope they make the change to the US version as well.
