Microsoft today announced it’s plans for it’s HD-DVD add-on drive for the XBOX 360 in Japan.
The add-on drive will be released in Japan on November 22nd and will be priced at 19,800 Yen which is about $170.
Microsoft also revealed that an update is expected soon that will allow the Xbox 360 console to output full 1080p games and video.
The company is expected to announce the US price and availability on the HD drive next week.
