The release date for Final Fantasy XII has been officially announced. The game will be released this Halloween. This is for the Playstation2 version of the game and it is set to retail at $49.99 with a special collectors edition released at $59.99. A specia DVD can also be bought for just $10 more.

This series is one of the most popular ever created and many even consider at as in the same category as the Mario and Smash Brothers game for the Nintendo series of gaming consoles. Many gamers have been patiently waiting this announcement and now can start the countdown to October 31, 2007.
