Nintendo announced today that their upcoming Metroid Prime: Hunters for the DS is going to be Wi-Fi enabled. Hunters will be released in the first quarter of 2006 making it the third Wi-Fi game for the DS following the impending launches of Animal Crossing and Mario Kart later this year. Whether the game can bring a good FPS experience remains to be seen, but at the very least one will be able to play it with people across the country.
