EA Signs Six Year Deal with PGA Tour and Tiger Woods

Electronic Arts has come to an agreement with the PGA Tour to keep its license and continue to create the Tiger Woods PGA Tour Video Games for another six years until 2012. EA has also come to an agreement with Tiger Woods, so that the game will be in his name with his picture on the cover over the next six years. EA, Woods, and the PGA Tour have been teaming up for the last 15 years to create PGA Tour video games for the major consoles.

The newest PGA Tour game, Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2007, will be in stores this October and will be on the XBOX 360, Playstation 2, PSP, XBOX, and PC. The game is best known for its absolutely stunning graphics.
